Best solar powered iPhone 5 charger?

I'm going to Costa Rica for a month and I need something to charge my iPhone to use it as a camera. I will be living in the jungle with no promise of anywhere to plug in to an outlet. I was looking into the solar power chargers and some have good reviews but I wanted to see what others have to say or suggest.

If I'm not mistaken, Tiffany, the Apple iPhone 5 has a 1440 mAh battery, so you're going to want a solar charger that comes with a battery at least that size. Powertraveller and WakaWaka are two very good brands that both offer a charger with 2200 mAh and in different colors. Here are a couple of affordable options:

WakaWaka Power in Yellow

Powertraveller Explorer Tactical Assault Systems (TAS) in Coyote

The Powertraveller Explorer TAS Kits come with a Motormonkey that lets you plug in to a car cigarette lighter to recharge, in lieu of a Universal AC Mains Charger for different countries and also comes with a Tactical Carrying Case with Molle/PALS attachment system.

If you are willing to spend more, you can opt for the Powertraveller Extremes which come with a 12V DC port (instead of a 5V DC port) which means you can also charge DVD players, SLR cameras, and other battery hungry electronic devices. Again, you have two versions to choose from:

Powertraveller Extreme in Red

Powertraveller Extreme Tactical Assault Systems (TAS) in Black

Best of luck and good luck in Costa Rica!

It charges all phones in my house (Nokia X2, Nokia 1200, Samsung Galaxy S and S II and Nokia 6300.) but i have an iPhone and there's no adapter for it. The Iphone charger output reads 5v___1A.
