I was thinking about iphone 6 but they have Wi-Fi problems? Is it worth getting

I recently purchased the vocaloid len/rin act 2 software and it arived today but they got my order wrong and sent len/rin act 1 which was discontinued because of its low quality results, so I called the people and complained, they gave me a full refund and let me keep what they sent. I now have $250 dollars and I don't know what to buy I'm 15 and can't save my dad already bought me a car and I have a Iphone 4s. What can I buy.

- What is the best bang for your buck video camera for retro style filming at 24 fps, 4K resolution, and no camera judder? Below $1,250?
