Best way to buy an iPhone 5S in the UK (In store or online)?
I'm hoping to buy an iPhone 5S (White, 16GB) at the weekend, but I understand that demand is expected to be very high. Would I be more likely to get one if I went to an Apple store (in the afternoon on the 20th or 21st), or would I be better off ordering from there website? If I ordered from their website, would I end up a month long waiting list?
Try to get an online order in as soon as possible to have the shortest wait. That is expected to start at 12:01am PT on the 20th (you'd have to check what time that is in your time zone).
The opening day/weekend would be the hardest to get one by simply walking in (or trying to, with the long lines expected)
- Why do I have to buy a data plan when buying a Iphone 4s from the apple store online? I'm buying a Verizon Iphone from the Apple store but why do I have to purchase a data plan right now? I planned on waiting until next month and just taking it to a store to get activated. Or is that not possible and i would just have to buy a unlocked phone?

Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?

I don't live in the US so currency conversion rates are killing me if I buy a US $700 unlocked iPhone 5s it will cost me along the lines of $1902 in my currency. If I buy a US $ 800 unlocked 16gb Ipad air it would cost me $2174.In total that's $4076. I can't spend $4000 dollars on just that though I want them and actually do need a new phone and want a tablet. Android is way to haphazard in their approach so to me apple is the best. So why not get the best. I need help.
- Should I buy my phone online or in store? So I was thinking of getting an iPhone 7, and if I bought one I was probably going to get a Verizon phone plan with it. I don't know if any of those things are negotiable. Online it's a set price but I've heard of people getting special deals on phones and phone plans so I was wondering if it would be smarter to go to the Verizon store and try to negotiate a better deal. Never dealt with this stuff before nor have I ever had a phone plan, thanks!
