Billing Acct. Info problem on iPhone 8 Plus

Please help! Every time I try to update my apps or purchase anything via iTunes, I get a message advising that payment was declined and to use another form of payment. Checked bank/called bank & I there are no blocks & there are plenty of money to cover anything. How can I fix this issue? Need Help!

  • Would resetting an iPhone wipe out everything on my YouTube acct? I had to reset iPhone to factory settings. When I went to YouTube I was of course logged out but everything is erased when I logged in. All my favorites and my subscriptions and history. How can a reset affect what's in the account?
  • Which is more accurate regarding the details of an iphone, iphoneimei.info or imei.info? When I look up the IMEI of my broken iphone 5s on iphoneimei.info it says it's 16gb and when I look it up on imei.info it says it's 32gb… Which site is more accurate? The iphone is stuck in recovery mode and will not power on unless connected and it won't tell me the storage capacity in itunes.

And I have no money in my account (monthly pay lol) to put the details in and purchase whatever it was I was meant to have purchased, so when i add the details and press continue, it says there was a problem purchasing and then I'm back to square one.

I recently tried to download a free app but my iPhone keeps bringing up that my payment method has been declined and to enter another, I have purchased apps before and have downloaded fine. It now tells me to fix the problem in my purchase history but how do I do this? Iv been through it all and everything seems fine. This is so annoying because it won't even let me update any of the apps I have, anyone else had this problem? Or know how to fix it?
