Bluetooth 4.0 or 3.0 backwards compatible?
I have an old iPhone 4. I'm wanting to buy a Bluetooth headset.
Through some research, I've discovered my iPhone is equipped with Bluetooth 2.1, and most of the headsets I'm looking at are Bluetooth 4.0 or 3.0.
Despite a ton of googling and conversations with multiple Geek Squad personnel, I can't find a straight answer anywhere, as to whether or not the newer Bluetooth versions are backwards compatible.
Anyone know for sure?
It would stutter Alot. I had this problem with my iPod and laptop.
- Will my iPhone sim card be compatible with another phone? I dunked my purse in a river and everything inside (including my iPhone) was ruined. I was able to retrieve the SIM card, however. Will it work with any other phone? At&t is my provider, if that even matters.
- Why does my front camera make everything's backwards? I have a iPhone 5c. On snapchat the front camera works perfectly. On camera it's okay but after I take the photo everything in the picture becomes backwards. How can I fix this?
- Why can't I skip songs backwards in iPhone music app? If I want to go back to the previous track in my music list, by simply hitting the back arrow while music is playing, music app will not skip the current song to play the one previous. It will restart the current song but will not skip it. IPhone 5s. Why?!
- Syncing IPhone 4S Bluetooth with 2006 Prius Bluetooth? I just purchased an IPhone 4S and it will not sync with the bluetooth on my 2006 Prius. I have been to my Toyota Dealer who sent me back to Verizon store who said reinstall software on phone, which I did No luck. Any suggestions?
