Brass knuckle iPhone case legal Canada?

I live in Ontario Canada and have been thinking about getting a brass knuckle iPhone case. There are no spikes. If certain ones are legal and certain are not legal, would you be able to point me to an example of a legal one? Easy 10 points.

Well. They aren't really brass. Or even metal for that matter. Just painted plastic-at least the ones I just looked at when I Googled.

The criminal code of Canada defines brass knuckles as:

the device known as "Brass Knuckles" and any similar device consisting of a band of metal with finger holes designed to fit over the root knuckles of the hand.

So as long as it's not metal it should be OK. IF it was metal it COULD be considered a weapon even though it's a "phone case" as even as a phone case it would meet the definition of brass knuckles above.

  • Unlocking iPhone 3GS still legal? Is unlocking an iPhone 3GS still legal? I know they just passed a new law saying you can't unlock phones, but "legacy phones" are still legal to unlock. Does an iPhone 3GS count as a legacy phone?
  • Is it legal to sell iPhone cases? My cousin has an on-line shop, and she mainly sells cell phone cases. Now she plans to sell iPhone cases, including the cases for iPhone 5. She wants me to help her sell the cases. So I was wondering whether selling iPhone 5 cases is a infringing act or not.
  • Iphone 5s case - gold case or silver case? Both don't look cheap, very elegant. I have a white iphone 5s. What color goes best - champagne gold or an elegant satin silver case? Both are good cases I'm just wondering what color fits a white iphone.
  • Can I get into legal trouble for selling a iPhone that Dosent work? I'm selling it on cragslist and it can't be activated in the US beacuse it's foreign… And I was tricked so I'm tricking someone else. What are the consequences if any?
