Bricked iPhone 4 on iOS 7 beta 2?

I had the first beta without registering for a UDID or a dev account. But about 12 hours ago my phone showed a black apple logo and a white background and my silent button isn't working and i can't receive text or calls. I've tried to plug it into my computer at let it charge but nothing happened. I also tried letting the battery drain but the same thing appears. If I double click on my home button the screen is black. I tried restoring it back but i just keep on getting the apple 3194 error. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do? Do i bring it into the apple store or is it illegal?

You can't bring it to the Apple Store because it is considered an unauthorized modification. Unauthorized modification of iOS is a violation of the iOS end-user software license agreement and because of this, Apple will probably deny service for your iPhone.

That being said, you can revert your phone back to iOS 6. Connect your device on iTunes and then click on the home and power button for 10 seconds, then release the power button but keep holding on to the home button. Then something will pop out on your computer screen (it will say it is detecting Recovery mode) and it will say restore and you can restore it back to iOS 6.1.4. If you are getting an error when you click restore, press shift (or command for Mac) while clicking on the check for update button. By doing this your phone will be restored to original condition, so hopefully you have backed up your phone in the past couple days.
