What are these bugs all over my dog making him itch?
Hi, my dog has been itching for the last two days so I gave him a oatmeal bath to soothe his skin and found these bugs I'm guessing fleas or lice? I don't know which one it could be I zoomed up as best I could taking a picture with my iPhone but it's very very very smell looks like dirt if I didn't zoom up on it! I have two other dogs which do not have any of it which confuses me because they do everything together and lice and fleas are contagious? I made appointment at the vet but they're booked out until Wednesday and I feel bad for him and want to find something to help in the meantime. I went out and bought some flea and tick shampoo and some drops but he is still itching I tried to get out as many as I could. What is it? Lice or fleas? Why don't my other dogs have it? 
SO what you do is bathe the dog.

I've got some terrible news for you. Annie is correct. That's a bed bug. And no, they don't live on your dog, you probably just have so many of them that they just happened to be on your dog at that time. This is a multiple thousand dollar of a problem. I'm Very sorry.

I've not had a dog with lice. Call your vet and ask what the best treatment for them is.
That is a flea although they are not yet runnng about they soon will be given the opportunity and not just on your dogs either… Go to the vet and get a flea cure for each dog and thoroughly wash their bedding and vacume your carpets also as they can also live in any soft furnishings the dogs frequent very easily
Looks like a bedbug in the first stages to me, tbh. If it is a bedbug, everyone else IS getting bit, they just arent having reactions to the bites. Double check your beds, look in the cracks and crevices of the mattress and boxsprings… If it is BB, you would find them there, or find their dirt there.
It could be a louse, as someone else suggested, but a closer pic would help. Lice are pretty small tho generally. You almost need a microscope to see any detail to them.
It definantly isn't a flea.

These are the bugs. 1) Occasionally, the phone will start glitching (turns black) and it keeps doing that until I turn it off. 2.) My phone is frozen. Right now it is. There's one notification at the top of my phone and it won't go away. It won't me sign in at all and I can't shut it down. I tried using my mac to shut it down but I need to allow access from my phone which I can't do.
- How do all these poor people have all the name brand stuff? Like all the poor people wear all the polo and abercrombie and fitch. They all have coach purses. They all have iphones. They drive new pretty cars. How do they afford all of this?
