What would you buy, between a printer and an iphone?

Let's say two friends have the same amount of money to buy a printer or an iphone, one guy buy the Iphone, because it's fun because he can talk with their friends and be online.
On the other hand, the other guy buy the printer and make brochures sell those brochures and get more money, now he can buy the iphone too.
So it would be a better choice to buy printer right.
What do you think? Tell me please thank you.

Depends on what you need more. If you already has a smart phone, you shlould buy a printer. If you need printer, you should a printer. Or you can buy both, a used printer and a used iphone.

The guy with the iPhone runs book on the Premier League and makes tons of money, buys a resort and a yacht on the Amalfi Coast, and retires in style.

Printers are cheap as dirt now a days. I can get a good printer for less than $100, so there's honestly no reason a person couldn't have both things if they managed their money appropriately.

Printer for sure.

Let's say the iPhone costs $700 and so a person purchasing a $700 printer is purchasing a pretty good printer.
- How is the person going to get business printing brochures? How much in advertising costs is that going to be?
- What about the ongoing maintenance of the printer? Full color laser cartridges are very expensive. What about when the printer breaks down
- What about the cost of the paper and having the paper in stock for printing?
- What about the folding and cutting machine you will also need if you are running a brochure business?
- How can you compete dollarwise printing at home vs what staples, fedex or costco business can charge?
- If someone needs brochure printing services, aren't they also going to need other print services = why would I want to run all over town. So you need at least 2 printers, one for brochures and one for day to day printing of proposals, etc.

I wouldn't buy a printer thinking it is going to lead to a printing business…

They buy what fits their needs

Buy the right printer - the one you want. You don't need an iPhone. I have a Motorola Moto X Pure Edition and I love it. A good printer will last 10 or 15 years or more. You might want to change your phone every 2 or 3 years.

I'd buy a 3d printer and print out an iPhone, then throw the iPhone away and buy a Samsung because they are superior

Printer. I can get any phone.
