Buying an iphone for the first time?
Ok finally I got a job with good pay, but its only temporary. I've always wanted a iphone and want to get one. I don't care what version, I'll take the cheapest one lol. The problem is I don't know which version or plan is the cheapest? I've never bought an iphone before so I have no idea where to start looking. I need a plan with unlimited talk and text because I'm a huge user with both. But I don't want to pay for the phone full price up front. Cpntracts are fine I guess. So does anyone have any sugestions on any good plans or cheapest versions of the iphone?

Reply:- stop and think seriously about this, you are going to sign a two year contract, for the sake of a over priced over rated iPhone, what's going to happen when the temporary job ends and your out of work once again. Also everything for the iPhone you have to pay for nothing comes cheap. Apple controls everything their widget uses do. Please do some serious thinking before you commit yourself. Notice I'm not telling you to get a Android either. It's the two year contract you should be thinking about. Get a Pay as You Go. With a temporary job. It is better to be wiser before the fact than sorry and wiser after the fact

- If you crack your iPhone for the first time, will Apple replace it for free? My friend cracked her screen and when she brought it to the apple store to get it fixed they fixed it for free only because it was her first time cracking it, and well that happened to me a few days ago so I wanted to see if it was true, anyone else had theirs fixed up for free first time it got cracked?
- I didn't charge my iPhone enough first time? Now the battery doesn't last a day I got it yesterday and didn't charge it for 8 hours if I let the battery drain then charge right up for a good few hours will this improve my battery life?
