Calling from verizon to AT&T
So I just got AT&T and my friend has verizon. Before I had verizon as well. So here's my question, I'm pretty sure he has unlimited call and text. Before I switched to AT&T I had that too, and I was told that when you have Unlimited call and text with verizon you can call across carriers without additional charge. But his dad said that they can't call across carriers unless it's after 9PM or on weekends. Though when I had unlimited with verizon I could call to any carrier I wanted and received no additional charges. Note that I have an iPhone but he has a regular basic phone if that makes a difference.
The billing statement will explain. If the phone has a data plan, usually talk/text are unlimited regardless of who you are calling/texting.
If you do have "unlimited calling" then you can call any carrier any time, all you want.
The older plans where you got like 1,000 or 1,500 minutes you used those minutes until after 9 pm. Sounds like your dad may still have an older phone plan. You should be fine calling whoever and whenever you want.
- Will i get charged for calling/using magicjack? PART:1 i have an iPhone 4 with at&t. My aunt lives in Haiti and she has magicjack with a 305 area code(Miami, Fl). When she calls me i don't get charged but will i get charged for calling her? PART:2 If i download the magicjack app in the app store can i call her with out getting charged from at&t? - Person keeps calling and texting me? So today this random number started calling me and texting me saying some crap. I have a jailbroken iphone so i started text bombing him and then he starts saying he is going to come to my house and fight me and i also posted his number on face book. He knows me some how or atleast knows someone thats knows me cos he got my number and he knows my name and where i live. Today I got a call from a random saying to stop calling her and thought I was a telemarketer… How can I make this stop? And how did this even happen?
