Can a case prevent the iPhone 6 plus from bending?

I'm thinking about buying an iPhone 6 plus and if it bent my parents would kill me

Yes it would, a heavy duty one. But I have the iPhone 6 and it's perfect size (coming from a phone same size as 6 plus) and I belive it's stupid to have the 6 plus because it has the EXACT same specs. Saying that it's cheaper. And if you have some money to blow buy a higher GB and call her a day! Hope that helps

It will help add rigidity to the phone. But in the end if you can still bend it with two hands on purpose, it would still be possible to also accidentally have it bend, even with a rigid case on it, all it would take is a knee, but or a dropped heavy object, to the phone on a surface that gives, and the plus and any other thin, large screened phone is going bend, crease or break, with enough force/pressure.

Ask a buddy of mine, that snapped two iPhones with his wallet, sitting on a couch that had his iPhone 5 under a towel and flopping down into a bean bag chair.
