Can Apple let me replace my broken iPhone under the 2 year contract with AT&T? - 1
Hi, my autistic brother threw my iphone 8 plus to the ground hard and its completely broken, we tried to have it fixed at a phone repair shop but it still didn't work so, they told us to take it up with Apple, I got the iphone in December 2017 on a 2 year contract with Apple and AT&T, will Apple let us get a new iPhone early from the contract?
How did Apple answer your question?
You can buy any phone you want. The phone is not permanently attached to a monthly cell phone plan. You will still have to pay AT&T for the phone if it was leased or otherwise not paid for in full from AT&T.
AT&T probably told you to take it up with Apple as far as repairing the phone or purchasing a new phone.
You could buy a phone on eBay.
I would suggest you get insurance if this is likely to happen again.
Apple will be happy to have you PAY, for the repair or replacement of you phone. But it will not be repaired or replaced under warranty or for free.
- Will apple replace my iphone under warranty? I upgraded my iphone 4 to ios7 and its slow as hell. I hve changed my iphone's back once it was broken. Will apple replace my phone? Its still in warranty
- Will Apple replace my iPhone under the included 1 year warranty? I bought my iPhone 6s Plus just 1 month or 2 ago. Well last night i plugged my phone in to charge and it wasn't registering that the charger was plugged in. I left it plugged in and today I woke up to see that not only did it not charge but my phone had lost power. I'm assuming that this is a problem with the charging port. I've tried 3 other Apple chargers and none of them work.
- Will Apple replace my iPhone 6 that is still under warranty? The home button on my iPhone will periodically stop working for a short period of time, then start working again randomly. Is this something that they would replace the phone for? I've had the phone less than a year.
- Will Apple replace my crack iPhone 6 if it still under warranty? Like I just drop my iPhone 6 the other day with a shattered screen and I noticed that I only had my iPhone for less than a year. So I was thinking about taking it to Apple to get it replace for free instead of paying. Is that true?
