Can AT&T blacklist factory unlocked iphone?

I bought this att iphone 4s from my friend and wanted to know if I factory unlock it, would AT&T still be able to blacklist it. (I want to put it on tmobile)

Not sure what your asking but, If you either unlock & or do a factory reset, neither will remove a bad esn/ imei aka "blacklisted" phone from being "bad". Once a phone is blacklisted it is not fixable by any means.

They will blacklist you if you decide to get 2-5 iphones on a newly activaly family plan, never insert the sim cards into them, not pay the first bill or any bill… This is what equipment gamers do so they can sell the phones on the blackmarket… Thus blacklisting the IMEI will tell other GSM providers, INTERPOL, etc this phone has been flagged…

but 1 measley Iphone 4s, jailbroken, cydia unlocked… Put in a tmobile sim card… Lmfao… Will that be blacklisted? If so, there are TTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNSSSSSSSSSS… Of blacklisted iphones.lmfao!
