Can call but can't text a person on new phone?
I just bought a Samsung J7 refine through Virgin mobile and there's an issue. One person on my contact list isn't receiving my text messages even though calls go through just fine. This person has an iPhone (I don't know what one) through sprint. Every other contact I've tested has worked with the texting, including other iPhone users. I've tried adding a 1 in front of the number but that didn't help. I also have yet to verify if her texts are able to make it through to me or not.
Have them to reset their network settings then see if they get your text message
- With my new iPhone 7 plus if I set it up as a new phone instead of moving my iCloud data to the new phone would I lose my? Unlimited data plan and phone number or would that still be there I already put my SIM card in 10 points
- Will a person receive text messages on iPhone once they power phone back on? When I text a friend of mine, sometimes their texts show up green when I text him (we both have iPhones and messages are normally blue)… Once their phone gets powered back on will the text messages I send when the phone is off b received once the phone is turned back on?
- Why can't I text or call one person? Me and my friend both have an iPhone 6, and he can text me, but I can't text him. When I text him it doesn't deliver, so I click 'send as text message' and he doesn't receive that either. I can text other people fine, but not him and I can't figure out why. I also can't pick up Facetimes from him which is also an issue.
- My phone lets me call, but not text? I can call with my iPhone, but not text. When i go to settings > iMessages > Send & Receive, under "YOU CAN BE REACHED BY IMESSAGE AT" it says my number in grey letters, so it is not enabled. I got my SIM card from a seven eleven:/ ?
