Can I be charged for an iPhone I didn't break?

My iPhone s screen was just recently repaired after I dropped it on Saturday. It's been working fine since then, but today out of nowhere it turned black and has been unresponsive. I talked to an Apple person and we narrowed it down to being a hardware problem that I have to go into the Apple store AGAIN to fix.
She said she couldn t tell me anything cost related because they had to figure out if it was related to the previous repair or not, and the real-life person could help more.
Is there any way I can be charged for this? IIm broke after my last repair and I really don't want to drop another chunk of money because of a broken phone that I did nothing to this time.

Added (1). Like I said, I didn't do anything to it this time. I didn't drop it. I grabbed it out of my pocket today and it was off and wouldn't turn on. I have a protective case that I spent a lot of money on to AVOID breaking my phone again, so even if I did drop it I doubt it would have completely shut off. But I definitely did not drop it.

You absolutely can be charged again, because this is more than likely to have been caused by your dropping it, not by the recent repair. Moral of story. Don't drop your phone, or if you must insist on doing so, take out phone insurance when you buy it.
