Can I buy a Iphone 5 with my insurance?
Okay so somebody stole my iphone 4 a couple days ago & I have insurance on it. The people said to replace it, it was going to cost $200.So I was wondering if I can replace it with the iphone 5 since its going to cost $200.
If it costs $200 to replace the iphone 4, then it's going to cost more for asn iphone 5

No. Insurance will send you a refurb, after you pay your deductible. You can't "upgrade".
The correct answer is it depends. It depends on if they give you cash or if they replace it with the same model which was stolen. If they give you cash and you can find someone probably on Craigslist then you could purchase a new iphone5 or I'm used one for $200.
