Can I buy a new iphone 4s online, with out ordering directly from AT&T?
I currently have a Iphone4s with At&T. My sister and my mom have used all the replacements that you can get a year, and it's barely May! My bottom left corner of the screen is cracked very badly, and it is becoming annoying. I was wondering if I can just go on ebay and buy a new iphone, and put my sim card in it. Maybe even possibly buying a 32GB rather than the 8GB because I never have enough room for anything on my phone.

So I have the iPhone 7 so I can upgrade to a new phone because my 2 year contract is up, but my question is, can I pre-order the phone from apple and then transfer my 'line' anytime I want after receiving the phone?

My wife did the same and our CC statement now shows a charge pending for her phone by not mine. We both got confirmations from Apple saying our orders are being processed. Could I have gotten to this point if I entered an incorrect CC number? What will happen if Apple is unable to process my car?
