Can I buy an iPhone at the apple store without my parent?
I plan on camping out at the apple store next week with a friend to get the new iPhone 5S. I'm 17. We currently have a family plan with AT&T. What are the processes when buying an iPhone from Apple? Am I going to need my parent with me when I purchase the phone? Or do they just check if you are upgrade eligible and send you on your way so you can activate the phone when you get home?
You are buying a phone which would be on a contract. You can't buy one on your own until you are 18+.
You have to be 18 to enter into a contract.
You can buy it outright, but to add it to the family share plan as an upgrade for the 199 price your parents will need to be there, or at least the one that has the account in their name.
You can go and pay the retail price but to add it to your family plan, the primary person must be there and you are not old enough to sign a contract anyway.
Unfortunately No. Its the same with most phones now even though I don't really understand it my self. You have to have some form of ID like a Proof Of Age Card, Birth Certificate, Medicare Card or License, I also think a Bank Card is included as well. Otherwise if you have none of those you need an adult to be there with you. But if you do have most of the ID cards then you could probably do it. If you are going for a plan though A Proof Of Age Card is most Important of the lot.
- Where is the best place to buy an iPhone 4s: the Verizon store or the Apple store? I don't have an upgrade until January but am looking to buy an iPhone soon. I've been looking at the various sites and saw that there was a huge price difference between the Apple and Verizon stores. A rep at the Verizon store told me I wouldn't even have to change my existing plan, but just pay the $449 for the phone. Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?
- Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store? The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper. I don't know how long either last, or which one takes care of the customers the best. Any opinions?
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- Is it better to buy the iphone from the apple store or from verzion store? I'm thinking to of getting the Iphone but i go on the apple website and they make it sound cheaper. Then i go to the verizon website and they make it sound more expensive. Which one should i go with?
