Can I buy the IPhone 4 from Ebay and still get the Virgin Mobile PLan?

I would like to buy the Iphone off ebay it is much cheaper but I want to get the Virgin Mobile Monthly Plan were you pay like 55 or 35 a month can I do that even though I did not buy it from their site.

You can but make sure that it's a Virgin Mobile iPhone, not Sprint, Boost, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or whatever.

Only Virgin Mobile phones will work with Virgin Mobile.

Buy the Virgin Mobile phone off ebay and reactivate with one of their plans.

So i was wondering if i buy a "factory unlocked" iphone on ebay, would i just be able to go to virgin mobile's website and activate it?
