Can I charge other devices with an iPhone charger?

The part of the charger that I use is off course the part you put in the wall plug. Since I can put a USB connector there it should work right?

Added (1). I mean the wall outlet…

Yes it will indeed. As long as you have the cable needed for the device of course.

i now this as i run a small business selling iphones, ipads etc

www.facebook.com/smartfoneni

it will charge for example samsungs, iphones, ipads, sat navs,

anything really that has a usb cable.

please note that it may chage an ipad slower if it is just the standard small iphone plug you have although it is still perfectly safe to use though as long as yours is a genuine apple product (beware of fake or cheap chargers, they are the biggest cause of a house fire)

Any USB (2.0) charger must be compatible with any device that can be charged via USB, so yes, you can use the iPhone charger for any other device that can be charged via USB. Only difference is that different chargers (and, to some point, cables) will permit to deliver higher or lower charging currents to the device (controlled by the device), so the charging may be slower or faster.
