Can I connect my disconnected AT&T iPhone with another company?
I bought my friends disconnected iPhone 4 a month or two ago and she was selling it because she stopped paying for it I tried unlocking it and connecting it with tmobile or a prepaid company but the people that tried unlocking it told me the company( AT&T) locked the phone so it won't be connected again. I was just wondering if its even possible unlocking it anymore or connecting it through another company.
Yeah, just use Straight Talk. You don't need to bother unlocking it.
No you can't use straight talk or any att linked company like net10, red pocket, i think if you unlock the phone you will be able to use it for tmobile or simple mobile but please make sure first, i'm not 100% sure buh i think its gonna work, since your friend owe att money they bloocked the phone from there network but i think any other network shoud work.GL
- Why can my iPhone text other iPhones when my phone is disconnected? Today around 10am my iPhone got disconnected (hadn't paid my bill yet), I went to text my aunt (who doesn't have an iPhone) and the messages wouldn't send, 30 minutes later I texted my friend who does have an iPhone and I could successfully send and receive messages. And as of 9hr later, I was able to text another person with an iPhone. What's up with this? Not complaining or anything, just curious why it's happening.
- Is there a device so that when my iphone rings, I can make it ring the old landline phone in my house? The landline is disconnected btw? I have an old fashioned/antique 2 piece wall phone that works, but I'm disconnecting land line service. So is there a device I can plug my iPhone into when at HOME, that will allow this old phone to also ring when I get a call on my iphone? I don't need the old phone to ring unless I'm at home with iphone plugged into this device, if any such device exists?

I was still able to receive and text other people with iMessage using Wi-Fi but now when i try sending a text it won't say its delivered. Can i use Wi-Fi with iMessage as long as my phones disconnected or only for a certain time?
- If I buy an at&t iphone can I flash it to another company? I bought an at&t iphone and I want to flash it to another company. I think I read that I can't flash it to sprint, Verizon, or Cricket. But can I flash it to T mobile or the walmart plans? (Family mobile) What can I do?
