Can I exchange my iPhone 5s?
About a week ago I purchased an iPhone 5s white/champaign from the local walmart, and I have been using it and I decided that I want to exchange it for a black iPhone 5s but It does have about 2 or 3 minor small cosmetic damage from dropping it once which wasn't very bad and I have been using a screen protector.
Can I still exchange for the black one? It has Only been about 9 days
Better hurry. New contracts require that a phone can only be 'test driven' 14 days and that's it. After that it's your problem. Trouble is you've damaged it and they are going to know that. That might be why you want a new one or you think a different color won't show scratches as easily. They have your figured out so expect the standard restock fee $35 for the scratched one and (re)new activation fee $35 on a new one--if they allow it. Don't gripe too much or they'll just say 'no' for the next 5 days and then it won't matter and there's nothing you can do about it. Hurry. Best luck.
- IPhone 4 - touchscreen stopped. Can I take it to Apple to exchange for a new one? I've had this iPhone 4 for a little over a year now. It hasn't given me trouble until now. The touchscreen has "deadspots" & I can touch on certain places on the screen. The phone DOES NOT have a warranty. Would I be able to go into Apple & exchange for a new one? My contract doesn't renew until November also so getting on at ATT is out of the picture. Any help?

- Can i get a refund/exchange for my iphone 5 charger? So my iphone 5 charger recently broke because it was too short and i kept stretching it. So i went to the apple store to get a new one and so guy helped me find the right one.anyway after i got home and opened the box i found out that it wasn't the right cable and it was the same size as my last one but when i read the receipt it said that you can only get a refund if the product is unopened… So do you think i won't be able to get it exchanged as it does say 'unopened'?

I really want a white one but i don't know how to exchange it and I tried to exchange it with telus but they said that they wouldn't! Is there any way that I can get a white iPhone 5 instead of the black one I have without having to pay the 600 dollars fr a new one? I really hate the black!
