Can i get a refund/exchange for my iphone 5 charger?
So my iphone 5 charger recently broke because it was too short and i kept stretching it. So i went to the apple store to get a new one and so guy helped me find the right one.anyway after i got home and opened the box i found out that it wasn't the right cable and it was the same size as my last one but when i read the receipt it said that you can only get a refund if the product is unopened… So do you think i won't be able to get it exchanged as it does say 'unopened'?
Explain the situation to them. If you can put the wrapings back together and didn't totally shred the boxes and everything, they might be kind enough to let you have an exchange for another charger anywyas

- I didn't get my refund from the ebay seller? I accidentally purchased an iPhone 4s from ebay. Soon after realizing what I had done, I quickly requested a cancelation before it was even shipped. He granted it. I asked him if I will receive my money back and he says that the amount should auto-refund as soon as I accepted the cancelation. He said it would take 24 hrs for the money to be refunded into my account. It's been three days and I haven't received the refund. I've tried emailing him but no replies. What can I do now?
