Can I get a black iPhone if its under warranty?
So my white iPhone has a 1 year warranty and my microphone randomly stopped working so if I to to apple and replace it can o switch and get a black one?
No. They replace like with like, no exceptions.
It's done that way so that people don't get the idea that they can get what they really want by sabotaging what they already have. In any case, a faulty microphone is a quick and simple repair so you'll likely get your original phone back.
