Can i get a free replacement iphone 3g?
Hi, so i have a second hand iphone 3g and it hasn't got any warranty and my home button is broken and so is the little speaker to hear people when your on the phone. I was wondereing if i can send it to apple and get a replacement at no extra charge?

Not a chance in hell, you will need to pay for the repair.
Since they no longer make the 3G the 3GS the 4 and the 4s, I'd say the chances of Apple repairing it at all are slim. Lots of other people do phone repairs to make money so I can't see anyone doing it free. Your apple warranty must have expired at least 2 years ago.
- Replacement Pending iPhone. Replacement phone or fix? My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.

My cord broke today and I have not the slightest idea of how to get my replacement cord.

My uncle has an iPhone and he put the charger in his phone and it worked. He told me the phone's messed up, not the charger. He also said to go to Apple.
