You'll have to pay a termination fee to cancel your old phone plan first.
You will have to wait 2 years until your contract is up IF you don't want to pay the fees associated with buying a new phone "out of contract". Most companies have a cancellation fee (for stopping use of your iPhone 5s) and an activation fee (for starting use of the iPhone 6) if your contract is not up when you decide to do this. Both the activation fee and the cancellation fee can be hundreds of dollars each. This is because when you agreed to a 2 year contract, well - it's exactly that. It's a contract!
Nope. If your contract is not up yet then you would have to full retail price for another iphone if you wish to get it.
You just have to pay full price for it is all. You can't 'replace' the 5s with a 6 on the contract if that's what you mean. Buy the 6 in cash, then sell the 5s to make up some of the lost coin. How do you think fanboys get in line and do it every year? That's how. Best luck.

- Is there a way I can switch to Verizon edge even though my 2-year contract isn't up? My poor iPhone 5c has a cracked screen and some of the letters are really hard to use with the screen! It says that they re being sent, but the other person isn't getting them.
