Can I get cancelled out of my 2 year contract?
I've had an iPhone 4S since January and I'm on my dad's plan but I have a 2 year contract. Could I get cancelled off the plan without the fee?
No you can't no matter what ull have to pay the fee unless the contract is up soon and if so you can cancel out then free of charge
No you have to pay a fee no matter what you do. Even if your contract is up you still have to pay a fee. How I know is because I went threw a ton of different cell phone providers and they charge a fee every time. Even to cancel earily is a huge fee. I would wait until 2 yrs is up and then cancel it instead of now. If you cancel the contact now it would be more money.

- Tmobile cancelled my contract, advice please? I still have the iphone. They cancelled it cause I was missold the contract. However I still want my number the contract was on, the number isn't on now tho obviously cos they cancelled it. Can they change it to a pay as you go and I can use it? Also is the phone blocked? - I cancelled by direct debit. Can they still take money? Basically I took out a contract on an iPhone 4 with O2 last year. Money became an issue so I just cancelled my direct debit with Lloyds TSB Will they still be able to withdraw money from my bank monthly regardless?
- How much does it cost to get out of a two year contract at tmobile? So the iphone 5 finally came out for tmobile! I want to get off my contract so that i can buy the iPhone… But i'm not sure how much it will cost.
