Tmobile cancelled my contract, advice please?

I still have the iphone.
They cancelled it cause I was missold the contract.

However I still want my number the contract was on, the number isn't on now tho obviously cos they cancelled it.
Can they change it to a pay as you go and I can use it?

Also is the phone blocked?

I don't know as iphone sim cards are diff to regular ones so that's why I'm asking also tmobile customer service is closed now. So please if you can offer advice or opinions, thank you.

The number is lost as porting is to move networks from TMo to another.

You need to pay your bill as the phone will be blocked ON All NETWORKS

What you should be aware is that a contract is the cheapest option
Debt Collectors will eventually be called in, your credit file will be shot for the next 6 years, so no more contracts…

Worse still say you have only paid half 1 year of a two year contact @ 30 GBP per month you still owe £360:00 YOUR ALLOWANCES HAVE BEEN FORFEIT

How was it mis-sold?

to be mis-sold, you would need to make a complaint
and if they agreed it was mis-sold, they would either
- resell you the correct contract (you keep phone and No) and you pay the new rate
- ask for all the phone etc back, then refund you,
so that you are back in the position you were before you were mis-sold.
(and that would include no Phone No)

so you seem to be half way through, or not telling us all the story.
You can't however keep a phone that you have not paid for, and do not own.

You 'may' be able to get the Phone No back, if you ask nicely,
but you will need to tidy up the payments / contract situation first.

The number you won't be able to use anymore. And as tMobile cancelled the contract. You don't owe them anything cos it was mis sold to you. If they ask you for money. Don't give them anything. The phone had to be fit for purpose. In your case it wasn't otherwise it wouldn't have been cancelled. As for the phone being blocked. Best way to check this is put another sim in the phone and see if it works. If it does its fine. If it don't work then it's blocked.
