Can I get my tmoblie iphone 7 carrier unlocked?

I have a iphone 7 from tmobile, its not black listed and i'm paying them off monthly. Question is can i get it unlocked to use for any carrier?

Yes. T-Mobile will tell you when you can get the phone unlocked and at what cost.

On a contract phone locked to a single carrier, there's no single standard set of rules: sometimes they're supplied unlocked as standard, even if you don't get told that, some carriers will provide a free unlocking code upon request after the minimum contract has expired (and it's a legal requirement to offer it in some places on this planet), others insist that you have completed a certain number of months before they'll supply an unlocking code for a fee.

Yes you can get it unlocked but you have to have paid off the phone completely first.
