Can I get unlimited data on a mifi hotspot through AT&T? Read details

Alright, I understand from the get go, that question alone is a no, however I've seen many people using the iPhone 2G loop hole to get unlimited data on their phones by activating their SIM card in the iPhone 2G and getting the standard unlimited data feature that is default when you activate your phone with iTunes. So my question is if you use this same method as described here, http://www.iphonedownloadblog.com/2011/06/28/back-on-att-unlimited-data-plan/
Can I get the unlimited data feature on an AT&T liberate mobile hotspot? I currently have Verizon through my parents so I don't really want to go out and put $100 down on a 2 year contract if I can't do this, does anyone know if this will work? It seems like it should, but I just want to know if anyone has done it or not, thank you very much.

No, give up not going to work if you want unlmited data like that go with T-mobile theirs is reasonably priced and actually is unlimited.

My IPhone 5 does tell me it's connected, but whenever I try to do something online it does not load the page. But it's works perfectly fine with any other Wi-Fi source. What's wrong and how can I fix it?
