My cousin gave me her iphone 4, Can i use it? (read details)?
Ok, so my cousin recently gave me her iphone 4 that she doesn't use anymore because she switched phones. The phone still has her sim card though and i have t mobile prepaid and want to switch my service to the iphone can i do that? Do i have to unlock it?
Yes, you do have to unlock it (I'm assuming it was on AT&T before).It's possible AT&T would unlock it for her for free, otherwise there are some mom & pop phone stores that might unlock it for you too. Once it's unlocked, it should work fine with a T-Mobile SIM card.
- Regarding a cousin and an iPhone 6 (Please see details)? Well I have a cousin in US (I live in India). She is one year older than me. Both of us get good grades and stuff. But recently, my cousin got an iPhone 6 for her birthday. But my parents bought me clothes. Which I didn't even care about. I'm using a Samsung Rex 70 for calls and stuff. I'm feeling weird.
