Can i jailbreak ios 6.1.3/7 beta 4 on my iphone 4S?

I have got some software called "blackwid0w" and from what iv'e seen on youtube it looks good and working but all i need is the password! You have to do one of those stupid *** surveys to download it! Is there any other methods of doing this? Also i have been on ios 7 beta 4 so if anyone can find a jailbreak for that i will update again and do so! A speedy reply will be much appreciated and i'll rate you 5 stars;)

There's no jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3, and it's not possible to downgrade to 6.1.2 (the last firmware to have a jailbreak). They will probably release a jailbreak once iOS 7 comes out to the public in the fall. Also, just so you know, it's not safe to run iOS 7 beta without registering your device's UDID through a site like InstantUDID.com for $5. Otherwise, Apple will disable your device for running unreleased software on an unregistered device.

There's a jailbreak for the 6.1.3 however it's semi-tethered. When you reboot you can't use Cydia but it phone still works until u reboot with iBooty. Search for the latest Sn0wbreeze with which you can make a custom ispw and shift restore it phone.

I'm not computer ignorant, i just can't seem to find how to do this, my iPhone is not jailbroken or unlocked. I downloaded like 10 different files for ios 7 and they all give me an error saying they are not compatible
