Can I keep my iPhone ios at 5.1.1 after I restart it?
I currently have a iPhone 4 8g jailbroken. On my phone I have 11 apps 3 apple apps and 8 cydia apps. Normally that would not take up all 8g on my phone but it is. I can't download any apps and cydia is not working. When cydia opens 3 errors pop up It says Write error - write (28: no space left), Can't mmap an empty file, and The package lists or status file couldn't not be parsed or opened.
When I click on something to download in cydia is say it can't locate the package. I planed to restart my phone but I don't want the new tethered jailbreak I want to keep my ios even after I restart it if that's possible so I can jail break it again or if its a way to get cydia to start working without a restart. Any help I get is nice and thank you.
When you restart your phone it is no different than your computer. It kills the processes and reboots. When you restart your computer Windows/Mac OS X/Linux does get clear. It will still be on there. If you are asking about resetting to factory settings It will go to what apple has their version at default for. My iPod came with 6.0 out the box but when my friend reset it to factory settings 6.0.1 was one there (long time ago).
- Why does Pokemon Light Platinum restart after I finish catching my opponent's Pokemon? So I'm currently playing Pokemon Light Platinum on GBA4IOS Version 2.0 on my iPhone. I wanted to use this cheat which enables me to catch my opponent's Pokemon. It worked the first 2 times, but my game restarted when I successfully captured my third one. Same thing happens every time I try to redo the whole process. Can someone please explain to me the reason for this and help me remedy this situation as soon as possible. 10 points for the best answer!
- Mac won't restart after Itunes update? Itunes informs me it needs to update to 10.6.3 to connect iphone but when I select 'update and restart' it just goes to login screen and doesn't seem to install the update even after I manually restart.
- IPhone won't turn on after a restart? It did suffer some water damage a couple weeks ago so I'm guessing that's the reason why. When trying to power back on, the logo just comes up for a bit and then disappears. Will I need to put it into DFU mode? Or can it not even go into DFU mode since it's already off? I just chatted with support. Since my phone is in limbo, I'll have to go in person. The indicator doesn't show it has water damage though so that's good.
