Can I loose about 1 1/2 stone between now and June without exercise?

I'm 5"1, my age is 21 and I weigh 140 pounds. ( 2 weeks ago I weighed 143 pounds).

I'm on a diet. I have cut out: sugary sweets (as this is my downfall), chocolate crisps etc. I now eat breakfast at 6/7am (perhaps 200 calories in the mooring) then a handful of grapes or strawberries or 2 kiwi's around 10/11am, then I have lunch around 12/1pm. Then about 4-5pm I have my dinner. Then nothing after that.

I use "My Fitness Pal" app on my iPhone, and I have cut my calorie intake to just 1000 calories a day. However, on most days, I'm well beneath that number.

My question is - If i keep carrying on what I'm doing, is it possible to loose weight between now and June - as that is when I move to america for 4 months! I want to be able to fit into a bikini and wear nice shorts and be comfortable in front of people. I'm not into exercise at all, as I have university most days and I don't finish while late, so this isn't really an option for me.

What else can I do - Diet wise - to help me keep loosing more weight?

Thanks so much.

Added (1). Sorry I forgot to add - I want to get down to 110 pounds - between 100 and 120 pounds.

The typical American body shape is not all to impressive. You'll fit in fine as you are. Also 1000 calories seems too low an extra 200 calories on top of that will be enough to lose weight. Try to fit in a walk a few times a week if you can it may really benefit you in more ways than one.

I lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks with 3 days with a great diet and workout. The way your going is great, but why not add a workout to it. Run, walk etc. Do it for at least 10min or more if you want. You doing good just think about the workout part best of luck. You might reach your goal by June depending if you don't change your diet.

I lost 22 lbs. In just about 3 months through Yoli's Better Body System. This isn't a diet where you have to punish yourself. This is about eating specific food combinations and quantities working in concert with Yoli's high-quality, extremely effective nutritional supplements.

A lot of people are raving about this wellness program where losing weight is just a side effect.

You can lose weight with just diet changes alone but you need to eat more. 1200 is what a dieting female who doesn't workout needs everyday to lose weight. Make sure you're getting enough veggies in everyday (at least 3 servings) and limit processed foods (eliminate them all together if you can). Oh and make sure you're drinking plenty of water! Balance is the key-healthy fats, protein, fiber, and complex carbs… And make sure you're not buying foods with a ton of added sugars in them-you'd be surprised where those can sneak up on you from. If you have a little bit of time, a 10 minute pilates video 3 days a week will ensure you tone as you lose-just because you lose weight, doesn't mean you'll have the body you want.
