What's the best activity/sleep/exercise tracking wristband I can get for the $?

In trying to lose weight and get in better shape. I've always liked gadgets and know there are a bunch of bracelets / wristbands that track your sleeping, calories, activity and exercise. I only have $100 to spend.It'd be cool if it could synch with and Android smartphone because that's what I have. I know some synch with iPhones. I know Nike makes one but its expensive and I've heard bad things.

Can anyone suggest anything?

What I use is a heartrate monitor watch. I have the Mio Drive, bought it used on ebay for about $20 and absolutely love it. It helps me calculate how many calories I burn during workouts, and if I wear it all day it will calculate my daily calories burned.
Then I just track the calories I eat daily using a BMR calculator online to make sure I stay within my allowance.

  • What is the best cheap Pedometer Wristband? I've been looking for a wristband pedometer on ebay and amazon. The results I found are nicely priced cheap ones like $10 to $20. But in the descriptions of them I see that all bluetooth options are available for only ANDROID users, like call and message notifications. If it allows it for Android users, why won't it allow it for Apple users? I own an iPhone. So what's a cheap, call/message bluetooth notifying wristband pedometer most compatible with iPhones?
  • Looking for an exercise app? I need an app for iPhone that is good for motivating at home exercise. I don't have much equipment and I would love to exercise while watching tv. Any good suggestions?
  • Is there an App to monitor your kid's iphone activity? I want to monitor my kid's web browsing history that she does on the Iphone. There seem to be plenty of apps out there that will let me see that as well as everything else, however they all require me to jail break the phone and i'd rather avoid that. Is there some tool / app / service that is available for purchase that would suit my needs?
  • Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
