Can I press charges on an Anglican Cathedral?

I have had a clergyman take a photo of me without my consent. I was only there to look around the plaques and was also waiting for my girlfriend. He had an iPhone aimed at me and I heard the shutter go off.

What kind of charges will he be looking at?

Added (3). It's alright, I will never intend to break any commandments like 'Thou shall not steal" Although kind of ironic how some churchgoers decide to steal and break that commandment.

What he did was not illegal.

Its in fact invasion of privacy, BUT unless the picture he took of you in a long run hurts you PHYSICALLY (as in he is showing someone what you look like, then they come harm you) there's nothing that can be done. Plus what he did is not illegal

This is a House of God as you stated and as such is under private property rulings, though opened to the public for worship.
Since you were not in worship, you are thus a suspect of interest as to why are you there?
Many churches have robberies of artifacts within the churches confinds, so They are being protective as to whom you are, why are you just waiting.
