Can i put a sim card on a verizon iphone 4?
Ok i have an verizon Iphone 4 that i want to use in italy, once in italy i want to put the italian sim card, BUT, my question is,
ok you know that the verizon iphone 4 doesn't have a sim card slot? There's none.
so i want to know if maybe opening my iphone maybe there's a place to put a sim card? Anyways, what i want to know is if i can use my verizon iphone 4 overseas with a different sim card.
You can switch out your sim card in your iphone and use it in Italy. With iphones it is a pain to get the sim card out though.
NO, Verizon iPhone 4's are cdma only, and only gsm phones use sim cards. That phone can never be used on a gsm mobile network, sorry.
You can't put ANY sim card in a phone not designed to use sim cards.never.
The Verizon iPhone 4 is CDMA and does NOT support SIM cards. The Verizon iPhone 4s is global and WILL support SIM cards.
- Does the iPhone 5 come unlocked from Verizon so I can put in a different SIM card? I'm going to study abroad in Germany for a few months and want to make sure I can use my iPhone 5 from Verizon with a different phone company over there by just using a different SIM card. Can the iPhone 5 be used with any carrier via the SIM card?
- Can you use an old sim card in a new iPhone after transferring the info to a new sim card? I'm borrowing an iPhone from a friend, but it requires a sim card. He transferred all his information to a new sim card in a different phone. Can I use the old sim card on a different iPhone?
- Can you switch the iPhone 4 SIM card with an iPhone 4S SIM card? My mom has an iPhone 4S for sprint and I have an iPhone 4 for AT&T. Is it possible to switch SIM cards?
- Can you put a Verizon SIM card into a AT&T IPhone? I have a AT&T Iphone 4s but there's no SIM card, I'm trying to sell it at gamestop but they need a SIM card in it for temporary use, just to get into the phone and make sure there's no software problems. Both phones are shut off, so it wouldn't be relying on the network just Wi-Fi, would it be able to work?
