Can I put my android SIM card in my iPhone 4S?
My android smart phone fell in the sink is there any way I can get my contacts into my iPhone 4S?

I don't think so
Most smartphones don't have contacts saved to the SIM, but into the phone's memory.
Contacts are usually saved to the Google/Gmail account so you should be able to sync them after setting up the Mail account on the iPhone.
