Can I return iphone 5? Or exchange it?
I bought an iphone 5 on the day it came out for tmobile, the 11th of this month or 12th i think. Snce then when I have been using it, it crashed about 4 times were it simply just took me to a black page with the apple logo and then to the lock screen. Also there's a small gap in between the antenna and the screen. It is very small but I can fit a piece of paper through it. The other side is locked in place. Do you think they would be able to exchange it because of these two problems? They would probaly want me to update to 6.1.3 since its on 6.1.2 but that woudlnt solve the gap between the atenna and screen.
Take the phone in and see if they can fix it. If not, they will most likely exchange that phone for you with no charge. So just go to the store and explain the issue.
Your iphone is still under warranty unless you have done something that voids it. The best thing to do if ever your unit is under warranty is to call Apple and have it checked by their personnel. If they find out that there's no way to repair the gap, then they are going to change your unit.
- IPhone 4 - touchscreen stopped. Can I take it to Apple to exchange for a new one? I've had this iPhone 4 for a little over a year now. It hasn't given me trouble until now. The touchscreen has "deadspots" & I can touch on certain places on the screen. The phone DOES NOT have a warranty. Would I be able to go into Apple & exchange for a new one? My contract doesn't renew until November also so getting on at ATT is out of the picture. Any help?

So i went to the apple store to get a new one and so guy helped me find the right one.anyway after i got home and opened the box i found out that it wasn't the right cable and it was the same size as my last one but when i read the receipt it said that you can only get a refund if the product is unopened… So do you think i won't be able to get it exchanged as it does say 'unopened'?
