Can I return my defective iPhone now?
My carrier is T-Mobile. It's been a month since I received it and activated it. Is it too late to return it? I've been on vacation for a while and I just realized that it's defective. Please answer quick! I'm so worried they won't accept it or they will make me pay for another one. Keep in mind, I have warranty
Most iPhones have a 1 year warranty on the phone itself. If the phone is what is defective, send it to apple for a new one. If the problem lies with the carrier, call them and try to resolve it.

- When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired.
