Can I sell themes that have company's logos on them?

What will I need to do, or who will I need to contact to be able to sell a theme for a mobile device that advertises or "promotes" a company? To be a little more clear, I design and sell user interfaces or themes for iPhone. One of my customers requested I make an Alienware messaging theme. Now, is it legal to make an alienware theme and sell it on the market? I will not be using other people copywriting images, Most likely I will be designing my own that resembles Alienware logo and such from scratch. I feel like the people who buy it and use it, since its Alienware, will be promoting or advertising the company. Because of that, does that make it legal to design themes for a company and sell them? Please give as much information as you can, I can't seem to find much online about this. I also thought about designing a Coca-Cola theme for iPhones. Also, I wanted to design a pink theme for iPhone and have 75% of all sales go to the Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Charity. Another idea I was thinking about was designing an Army theme with the Army digital camo print as the main texture of the interface and in the settings set it up so that people can enlist or request info regarding the Army. Now, if I wanted to make that, and use the Army's logo and everything, will I have to contact somebody that represents the Army (or Alienware Computers, Coca-Cola, etc.) and have approval to sell the product? Or will they actually pay me for advertising or promoting their company per sale? Thank you so much I'm looking forward to your answers.

Without permission from the companies, you will engaging in copyright or trademark infringement - which obviously is illegal. Since you are selling these items, you would be profiting from someone's intellectual property and can be fined, etc. In order to use the logos/names (even altered) you would have to get permission and probably sign a licensing agreement paying the company for use of their logo (no they won't pay you).

No, you can't use company logos in your theme. Incase company's webmaster or Owner anybody would see that, he can file a case against you using his logo without his permission. However, you can change the logo in your own way and use them in your theme. You can check out few logos which i amend and upload them.
