Can I set up my mp3s on iTunes before plugging in my new iPhone?
I'm getting my first iPhone a few days from now, I have a couple hundred mp3s downloaded from mp3skull, but if I download iTunes and transfer the mp3 files to iTunes and set up the album art and names and everything will all that sync with the iPhone once it's plugged in or will plugging it in reset everything making me have to start over again?
I've had an Ipod classic and a touch in the past so overall I know how it works it's just that I've always added the songs after I had the device.
Itunes is a "master" program, if you will. Nothing will be deleted on Itunes because of a device (Iphone, Ipod, etc.) However, the device IS capable of having its data erased if it detects a different Itunes library from your own. I'm sure you already know this.
- With my new iPhone 7 plus if I set it up as a new phone instead of moving my iCloud data to the new phone would I lose my? Unlimited data plan and phone number or would that still be there I already put my SIM card in 10 points
- Why can't I transfer mp3s to my iPhone? I downloaded itunes to my new laptop and connected my iPhone. I was not able to transfer all my music to the library, only the songs I actually bought (the majority of my music was downloaded via file sharing). I downloaded some songs using youtube to mp3 but damn itunes won't let me drag and drop the songs onto my iPhone. Is there any way I can solve this problem?
- Where can I get FREE music without plugging my IPhone into my computer or iTunes? So, I always listen to pandora, but I ran out of hours for the month and all I do is listen to music. I'm so bored without it!
- Plugging your iPhone into a different computer? I have an iPhone 4 but I need to update the software on it but obviously I need to do that from iTunes. My problem is that the laptop I normally connect it to is all slow so it takes me like half an hour to switch it on. I wanted to know if I download iTunes on another laptop and connect my phone to it, would it wipe my songs and apps? If so, how do I stop that from happening?
