Can I swap my phone?
A couple of months ago I took my iPhone 6 back to car phone warehouse because it had a battery problem, this had happened with iPhone SE two times before so I expected them to just replace the phone, but instead they said "would you like an early upgrade" and my dad said "yes we may as well" and they paid £50 of the phone because of the fault which was nice. They said that they would upgrade me to an iPhone 7 which was great, but it was so expensive for a monthly contract, around £50 a month and £80 upfront and my dad didn't want to pay that much. So they asked about the iPhone 6s which was really the only choice af that time which was £80 and £34 which is still a fair amount of money when online it was around £20 a month with no upfront cost. On their website and iPhone 8 is the same price as my 6s and I feel like it's really not worth the money whatsoever. Is there any chance we can actually change it for a phone that is worth the money because they somewhat scammed us?
They didn't scam you. The fact that you didn't do your homework and know the price of various phones is your problem.

- Can the apple store swap my iPhone 5 color? I bought a black iPhone 5 but I bought it back in November. I regret it now because black shoes a lot of annoying fingerprints and I would rather have gotten the white one. Would the apple store swap my phone for this reason?
