Can I switch my phone number from one iphone 4 to another iphone 4?

If the phones are both on the same carrier (or the second phone is unlocked), yes. Just put the SIM card from one phone into the other.

Is there an app where you can send videos from one iphone to another one? I need to send a vid to my friend, we can't use airdrop cos we don't live in same state, I also can't sent it on Facebook. Is there and app or a feature besides iMessage where I can send a videos, any lenth?
If I switch from a prepaid phone to iPhone, could I keep the number? I need to get a new phone, but I really want to get the new iPhone that is probably coming out later this year, so I'm planning on getting a cheap prepaid phone then switching when it comes out. Would I be able to keep the same number when I switch?
How to transfer my number to my new iPhone from my old one since I didn't get a serial number? I had an iPhone 5 that got damaged so I had to get a new one from the Apple store. I use Straight Talk and it says on their website that I have an incorrect serial number. The Apple store didn't give me one and the serial number that's in my new phone doesn't work. Straight Talk says to use the serial number from the card that is given to you, but I didn't get a card.

I have a PC but If there's a way to switch just using my iPhones then that would be easier for me. If I could avoid paying for something or an app that would be great.
