Can I take a iPhone from one contract onto my own?
What I'm wanting to do is get off of my mother's plan and start my own with AT&T. If I already have a phone, would I just have to pay for a contract, or would just cause trouble?
First find out when the contract with your phone number is over. If the contract is over then you could open your own account with the iPhone you have.
If the contract is not over, and you cancel the contract their is a fee to pay. Plus you won't be able to put your current number to the new contract.

When I went to upgrade my iPhone 4 to the iPhone 5C, the guy at the Sprint store synced all my photos from my old iPhone through a computer at the store, and onto a new album he so cleverly titled "pics". The problem is, I don't know how I would un-sync the photos from my phone since I don't have access to the Sprint store's computer.
