Can I trade In my IPhone at T-Mobile?
So I have T-Mobile and I've been with them for about 5 months with no contract. I have an iPhone 5c and I'm paying it off they say as long as the phone is paid I can stop paying my line with no problems and it will automatically disconnect. My bill has been pretty high so can I trade in my iPhone for a cheaper phone, And the remaining balance for the iPhone will pay for the cheaper phone? That way I can have a paid off phone and just switch company
Only if you have the t-mobile "Jump" plan, not exactly how you think you can get a cheaper phone paid off since you have only made 5 payments on the iPhone 5C.
I think your plan will not work, but don't be so AFRAID to call t-mobile customer service to ask for help. Are you seeking a new phone under a $100?
NO. The phone you are paying off, is the phone that you pay off. You don't trade it off to pay for a different phone. This is NOT like taking a car in for a trade in, and owing on the car, but because the car is worth more than you owe, the new cheaper car gets the price knocked down.
