Can i transfer my PAYG number to contract?
Hi, i'm planning on getting the iPhone 5 on O2 contract and is it possible to transfer my TMobile PAYG number for the O2 contract number? Can i go to the O2 store or the carphone warehouse to do this?
You can transfer you old number at any time.
If it makes it simpler, get the new contract
and then contact O2 to bring the old number across
Just ask for the PAC code from t-mobile (they will usually text it to you/valid for 30 days)
if you have it when you start the contract, they can move it then.
Given that iPhones are coming out late, probably simpler to wait till you get it then bring the old number across.

- How to transfer my number to my new iPhone from my old one since I didn't get a serial number? I had an iPhone 5 that got damaged so I had to get a new one from the Apple store. I use Straight Talk and it says on their website that I have an incorrect serial number. The Apple store didn't give me one and the serial number that's in my new phone doesn't work. Straight Talk says to use the serial number from the card that is given to you, but I didn't get a card.
- How to avoid added charges on an iPhone PAYG? I want to get an iPhone on payg but was wondering how to avoid Internet charges by location and by the phone automatically updating emails etc. Essentially unwanted to use it to make calls and texts, but only use up Internet when I want it to- so that I'm not paying for Internet every day. How do I do this (I have an iPhone 4)
