Can I trick the Find My Iphone app?
I'm in college, 19 years old, responsible, and have a right to privacy. However, my parents keep tracking my iphone and it's just wrong and annoying. So I turn off the location services, but they use the app Find My IPhone so it alerts them when the tracking services get turned off. Then they get pissed at me for turning off the app. Is there any way for me to trick the Find My Iphone app into thinking I'm somewhere else? I'd really appreciate someone's help with this.
No your phone uses satelites to work it won't give fake locations. If you want your privacy and are 19 get your own phone and service provider you are an adult now
If your iPhone is jailbroken you can get this source off of Cydia and put this in: iphoneame.com/repo/ then get the app fake location or something like that but it you can use that and it will change your location on any app and you can find out more about it on YouTube.
