Can I upgrade my iPhone 4S to iPhone 5s on sprint?

So I'm not so great with this kind of stuff, so I though I would ask here. I wish to upgrade my iPhone 4S to iphone 5s once it comes out, and I would like to use the recycling program offered by apple to give in my 4s. Would I have to terminate my contract with sprint to get a new phone, or can I keep my contract and use it on the new phone? If I do have to end my contract, will I have to pay a fee to do so? If so how much? I would end up resuming my service with sprint on the new phone anyway if I ended the contract with the old phone.

We can't answer this as we do not now Sprint's policy nor the status of your contract with them.

You shouldn't have to affect your contract as long as you're willing to pay full price (minus the tradein) for your new phone; you just switch phones in midstream and nothing else changes. The full price is something like $650 but I'm not sure how much less it is once your tradein is included - but I doubt the final cost will get close to $200, which is what you would pay if you were eligible for an upgrade (which you aren't if you still have a contract). Canceling your contract would cost you hundreds most likely.
